I need a cream to lighten my skin and what to remove acne from my face,i want a smooth skin?

my face is ful of acne is not smooth and i need a cream to toning and lighten my complexsion and a bath gel or soap for lightening my skin also.my face is oily but my body is dry and i became dark since i move to sweden,that is why i need a whitening cream.
