well...i dont know if they have wer ur at, but in the philippines...if someone wanted whiter skin...they use this product called block %26amp; white...its a cream that lightens ur skin's pigment...
...there is also a soap called papaya (which is ironically shaped like one) that dus the same thing...

Cream with hydroquinone help lighten the skin however it isn't good for your skin. I would suggest using products that have alpha arbutin, the results are much quicker to see and it is safe. There is a cream at makeupartistschoice.com that works very well. Its called Skin Lightening Cream. It has alpha arbutin, licorice extract and kojic acid which all help lighten the pigmentation caused by the melanin in our skin. The price is pretty reasonable too. DO NOT TRY MELADERM! Reply:try a combination of kojic acid and 1%hydroquinone-see your pharm. And, you must wear sunscreen. Otherwise, the hyperpigmentation will continue or even become worse.
