Did any one else get a letter with a fake "newspaper clipping"advertising IMMUDERM skin cream? IMMUNCORP(Co?)

A strange hand written envelope addressed to me from Santa Anna USA arrived in my mail, with no return address.

On the fake newspaper clipping a note said "Jane try it , it really works" This is scam as far as I am concerned.

What would you if you go a letter like that???

if your name is Jane i would be a little creeped out cause whoever sent it knows who you are, or it could be a joke from one of your friends
Reply:Not sure how to use this....but just rec'd same . I'm in Canada...same note, not lasered, hand written, envelope and note on news clipping...I just finished questioning all friends in US, not that they reside in California, although postmarked from there. I found the receipt disturbing Report It

Reply:It's just a sales pitch.

The handwriting on the envelope is just a way to get you to open it up and look at the advertisement instead of throwing immediately in the trash. Like when your bank sends you a letter with boldface type "URGENT! OPEN IMMEDIATELY!!!!" written all over it.

Also, they may have used a color laser printer with a font that looks like real handwriting. Some of it can look pretty convincing.
