Skin mattifying cream; which is the best??

I have a good skincare routine, but I am looking to possibly try a new product. Which mattifying cream works well but isn't too expensive, like $25 or under? I have tried a few already. Thanks.

I have tried the Biore shine control version which is pretty good, also the Clean 'N Clear brand too. Don't use too much...about a dime-sized drop works.





I've found that they only work for a little while though...my face looks shiny again after a few hours and I have to resort to powdering it down a couple more times before the day ends! I'd love to find a good one that works all day!
