Do you use virgin coconut oil for cooking or as a skin cream?

I have done a lot of research on virgin coconut oil and can't find anything but rave reviews on how beneficial it is for you from Dr.s and scientists. I have recently started using it for cooking. I prefer the kind that doesn't have an odor when frying as the other has a very strong smell that I find rather unpleasant.

Do you use virgin coconut oil for cooking or as a skin cream?
Both, but skin is best, try to use common coconut oil from Wal-Mart (LouAna® Brand SEE: http://www.louanna.com/ ) for cooking, or better yet, use "PURE" olive oil for cooking/frying ("PURE" Olive oil is actually a blend of two varieties of Olive oil, Pomace and virgin.)
